Pairings
Where two sides from the same association have qualified, they have been paired to split their matches between Tuesday and Wednesday. In the case of associations with three representatives, only two teams have been paired in terms of their fixtures; in the case of associations with four representatives, two pairings have been made. my pre-draw prediction is that Arsenal will NOT qualify from their group.

Chuck in Galatasary for hairy away leg - or even Moskva/ Kyiv for nasty conditions on the away trip.

Saying that I'm sure Roman could 'arrange' for Moskva to play a lot better against Barca than Chelsea....

and of the 3 countries who had 2 automatic and 2 qualifying places only 1 has got 4 teams in the group stages, England

Pot 1 contains 3 internal pairings (the Milan clubs, the North West England clubs, RM/Barça).
So the 2 remaining clubs, Arsenal and Valencia, are effectively paired also. If Arsenal is in A-D then Valencia will be E-H, and vice versa.
But Arsenal ARE paired - with Chelsea in Pot 2. This means that Valencia will be within the same half of the draw as Chelsea.
Chelsea must draw one of 5 clubs: AC MIlan, Inter, Real Madrid, Barcelona or Valencia. But Valencia are definitely in the same half of the draw, whereas the other 4 have equal chances of being in either half.
So Chelsea has 1 chance in 6 of drawing the other Spanish or Italian clubs, but 2 chances in 6 of meeting Valencia.

So if it says 6 pm, it will probably be about 7.30 pm.

starts at 6.00pm 1 and a hañf hours for some wanker dignitaries to witter on i suppose you wont be far off, silly tw@ts

Why resigned? I'm looking forward to playing them again, although it will be better if we meet them in the knock out stages and knock 'em out

Chelsea will draw Barcelona.

Last year we drew Liverpool.

The year before that we drew Porto.

Coincidence ? I think not.

I'd feel confident if we drew Barcelona to be honest.

Last year they were really desperate to get revenge on us for the way we dumped them out the CL.

This year we feel that same revenge.

I'd feel quite confident if we faced them, although realistically, they'd be the worst team to face.

I wish they'd just get on with it.

All this talking, shut the fuck up and get the balls out.

Man U & Arsenal will get a piss easy draw as usual. It is all fixed.

@S4P I wouldnt mind drawing Barsa. At least our games are exciting. It might be nicer to KO them in last 16 or something though
