haha, don't play the innocent one , chrissi

it was those EVIL Bremen fans who called him a BAYERN-SAU

Evil or Very Mad Shocked Mad
It was a "Bayern-Schwein" actually. Wink

So we should begging him for forgiveness now he scored 2 goals for Bayern? Wheres the logic in that?

Klose has really worked hard to be called a "Bayern-Schwein"...

look chaps

let's stop pretending

the fact is that Real, Liverpool, Milan, Inter, Arsenal, ManU and Co have simply fucked up

Klose is one of the ALL-Time greatest World Cup Goalscorers and yet none of those clubs' managers or chairmen had the football expertise to PICK THIS WINNER

maybe they are all anti-German

maybe they think Klose is too quiet and humble for them

or maybe they just don't know their stuff and go on buying inferior players like Drenthe, Torres, Nani and Co

Hoeness got this one right and really deserves three cheers for that

He holds no goal scoring records WHATSOEVER!

WC Goals record is held by Ronaldo
Champions Leauge Goals Record is held by Raul.

You teenaged twat. I actually lived in Madrid the last three years. And I have seen enough Real Madrid matches (quite painful) during that time to have an opinion about Ruud. He's a good player and a good guy. But unlike Klose, he's had his last hurrah. Also, if he doesn't score he doesn't really contribute anything.

RVN return to international football , you think it was a good decision ? he did equal the great Hugo Sanchez record last season (most consecutive games scored) in La Liga , i reckon RVN has one or two good seasons left in him.

Playing even more matches is certainly not a good idea. Especially since Higuain and Saviola are, although good players, not dependable goal scorers. If Ruud plays too much I could see him get injured like he did at the end of last season.

Who are Real's other attacking options , one blessing last season RVN for majority of the season didn't play a international game , but his personal pride would mean he would love to play another international game .. if he does get injured , Real should have a backup .. if he doesn't he can still do a job at all levels (i hope).

@ rai

He shouldn't return to intl football for two main reasons, firstly VB didn't show faith in him and had their fall out, and know is only bringing him back due to his good form and media pressure.

Secondaly he's too old, he should concentrate on club football, too many games will lead to fatigue and injuries, to which he is very phrone.

I cant believe people are actually arguing that Klose is better than Ruud.

When Ruud was kloses age he was scoring 40 plus goals, in a good league, a season including 12 CL goals in 8 games.

Klose was available for 8m and no one wanted him. Why not you ask, he has a good World cup record, but as most of his goals came against the likes of Saudi Arabia. The top managers dismissed it and instead looked at his CL record; which is piss poor and decided he wasnt good enough for a top club, even at 8m.

What next Otto, are you going to start comparing pig climber to Ronaldinho and Kaka????

here are the Bayern-Rostock highlights

http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=oJ73jJZy32w

excellent and selfless assist by Klose for the Toni goal

then a good shot by Lahm is handled poorly by the keeper

Klose taps in an easy goal; good awareness though;Ruud-like poach

for the 3rd Lahm produces a sensational assist and Klose produces a trademark excellent header

LAHM Ale

the whole team was brimming with wit, intent and impact though

this season's title is bayern's for 100% sure

best side in Europe Ale

The comparison is difficult to make, coz they are very different type of strikers... Klose has better overall play and link up game, while Ruud is a better goal scorer / poacher, a better shot and better at holding the ball upfront. Ruud also is at a later stage in his career, and has achieved much more. They are complimentry strikers, not comparable ones.

Rez, Klose is not as bad as you make him out to be... a top striker, IMO, one of the reasons why bayern got him cheap was coz he wanted to join Bayern. Toni+Klose is actually a lethal combo, sad that they are not playing the CL this season... dunno how many seasons Toni will play at his current level, hope at least one more season for bayern's sake.

yeah look at the clubs plays, manu, real

2 clubs with big cl history, a lot easier to score surrounded with great players, of course he has the class to score goals

and klose (kaiserslauter, bremen)

overall klose is much more complete to rvn, i would prefer klose over rvn, toni and rvn, that wouldn`t work

and klose has really good chances to become the new world cup record goalscorer, he will play the next WC, and he need only 5 goals to equalize ronaldo

ronaldo will not play the next WC

anybody remember when I first started to RAVE about the MONSTER

MANY YEARS AGO ?!

howls of laughter were howled in my direction

in them days

my assertion that "Klose >> Owen""

had my credibiliy hit rock-bottom faster than tweeds could select between a blue baby-cashmere pullover and silk boxershorts

well

on Friday the MONSTER scored TWICE against Hiddink's Turkey

he is now on 104 CAPS for the Vaterland

and has hit the net 57 times

Yikes

he is the second highest goalscorer in Germany's Mannschaft history

with 14 goals at World Cups he has equalled Mller's tally and is only one short of Ronaldo

in other words

he is a GERMANY and a World Cup

ALL TIME LEGEND

he could EASILY overtake Mller's 68 goals for Germany as well

being Lw's favourite

@ chaps

it's time to honour the MONSTER as one of the

GREATEST STRIKERS

ever to have graced the GAME

Average at club level due to lack of pace and skill.

Can only score in the CL KO phases if he is miles offside (see avatar)

Yikes lol!

his goal against England ALONE should have SHUT you up on the "lack of skill/pace front", pierre

but you will NEVER learn

----------

the good news is

Klose is now flirting for the first time with a move away from VAN GAAL's Bayern

he wants to stay in the Bundesliga and play for a club that can offer him international club football

I suppose that means: Mainz, Dortmund or Hannover

Biggrin

fuck, imagine Klose at Dortmund

they could actually WIN the CL

I do rate Klose but he's hardly impressed in the CL down the years. It's weird.

The campaign after he had that monster season for Bremen and he drew a blank in all the CL games, I think.
