For somebody who's said numerous times that his loyalty lies with Milan, he surely talks about other teams a hell of a lot. He's said about 50 times that he would have joined Madrid if both clubs had reached an agreement, and he hinted that he could do the same about other clubs.
Despite the incompetence of Calderon and papers like Marca and AS, can you really blame them for going on about Kaka since the guy talks about other teams more than his own? Personally I'm really annoyed about it.
If he really wants to stay at Milan, then he should just refuse to talk about other teams whenever he's asked about them. His little "in the future anything could happen" line is getting old.
Since Milan may not even be in the CL next season, something tells me his comments may become more frequent. Here are his latest:
Kaka backing for Capello
Brazilian tips England to be successful
Milan's Brazilian playmaker Kaka expects England to be successful under Fabio Capello.
England's failure to qualify for Euro 2008 led to the departure of Steve McClaren and Fabio Capello was brought in to lead the team towards the next World Cup in 2010.
Kaka came up against Capello during his time in Italy and he believes the manager can win trophies with England.
"I don't think there is any doubt that Fabio Capello is a very fine manager," said Kaka.
"I believe he can win a lot with the England team in the time he spends as the national team manager."
Kaka has also been impressed by the performances of English teams in the UEFA Champions League and hinted that he may even consider a move to the Premier League in future.
"In the last five or six years, English teams have improved a lot and they are consistently at a high level now," he said.
Great chance
"Manchester United, Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool are all excellent and any of them could win it.
"I believe all the four English clubs have a great chance of making it all the way to the final in Moscow in May.
"But you cannot rule out the other big clubs involved still, such as Barcelona."
And on his future at the San Siro, the 25-year-old told BBC Sport: "I am very happy here in Milan but if one day I had to leave I would like to play in another big European team.
"The biggest clubs are in Italy, England and Spain so it would be in one of these countries, although it is clear they play differently in these places.
"I think these three championships are the most important in the world at the present moment, all very good and competitive."

Even in an interview that was meant to focus on the English national team, he had to find a way to talk about the possibility of joining teams in Spain
