brilliant

Bierhoff wants to replace Hoeness as Bayern Manager

http://www.sport1.de/de/fussball/fussball_bundesliga/artikel_30738.html

this would mean that he would leave the DFB one year early

cheers

Oliver Pocher could move from Cologne to Munich

Dummenigge says there are NOT many candidates to replace Hoeness

presumably, Allofs would be one

it would be a win-win-situation

Bremen have to sack him anyway, since he would never get rid of Schaaf , a move that is VERY necessary now

the Kaiser slams Klinsi Grinsi

did anybody watch Doppelpass ?

good stuff

when Lattek said that people should give Klinsi time with his innovations, NOBODY cheered or clapped

when somebody else said the fans had noticed that even the wins were very shaky and had not been produced with beautiful football, 50% of the audience clapped

Klinsi is officially fininshed

FAZ and Handelsblatt already say "BACK to the OLD WAYS" (vs Schalke)

and Rensing speaks of max. efficiency (2 goals out of 3 shots on goal)

the idea of Klinsi introducing ENTERTAINING football is dead

and even Klinsi does not seem to mind anymore, such is his grin

meanwhile, Rangnick is getting all the big INTERVIEWS (in Kicker..) explaining HIS philosophy

WELL WORTH READING , by the way

the boy REALLY is innovative

should be online soon

most of us would like to think that now that Ballack and Frings have apologized, Lw is busy thinking about how to improve our German DEFENSE

right ?

well, the good lad , apparently, is too busy thinking up a disciplinary catalogue that ALL players have to discuss and sign up to the next time they meet

Its a bit too early to sack the man Otto, he is still in the CL and Bayern is climbing in the Bundesliga as well.

Lets just wait until June for a start Ale

Hoeness won't sack Klinsi anymore

he is playing a Hitzfeld-Redux football and has given up on being the entertainer or innovator

the strength of the squad is simply too good and they are likely to win the Bundesliga, as I predicted at the beginning of the season

hence, Klinsi is now the Psycho of Bayern, the Stuart Pearce of the club

adds NOTHING but gives the impression that PASSION rules

the experts are not fooled and are beginning to write off Klinsi, the thinker and innovator

klinsis style is in the team, in europe you can see the difference, bayern is playing with more confidence and self believe

for the bundesliga, there is no real threat, any coach in the world would become bundesliga champion with the quality players from bayern

Much as it rather spoils the fun to interrupt Otto's vaguely comical solo Geplapper, worth reproducing Honigstein's Grauniad piece from a few weeks ago (in the midst of the "crisis"):

Judgment day inches closer for Bayern's revolution

Victory over the forces of Ottovian conservatism essential for the future of German football.

Germany NEEDS innovation in football

at the beginning of the season I said I would support Bayer Leverkusen

and I was also the only one on here who defended Hoffenheim when most others were calling them a plastic club , and BAD for the Bundesliga

my argument is that Klinsi always CLAIMED to be an innovator, when in reality he was merely clueless and BAD for German football

read the latest Kicker interview with Rangnick and you'll see where the true thinker is working with his "out of the box" tool-kit

as for Honigstein: he is the Klinsi of journalism

always claims to be supporting the forces of good, but really, as witless as they come

his portrait of Germany in the Guardian prior to Euro 2008 was the most clicheridden piece of rubbish I have read in the English press for ages

a true Germany hater Mad

Lattek is to football what Lauda is to F1 and Blm/Sssmuth are to politics

the personification of irrelevance and senility

His readiness to belittle the German team in that Grauniad blog did grate a little, I agree. However his description of the midfield as a bit slow and predictable was hardly necessarily so wide of the mark given how the four-man setup (didn't) work at the Euro and was humiliated especially against Croatia. Concentrate and stop getting carried away with angry generalizations. Honigstein's general habit of mercilessly ripping the piss out of English football and emphasizing the strengths of the BL as a value-for-money league (while rarely missing an opportunity to take the piss there either) is hardly that of a Germanophobe.

Supporting Leverkusen or is that HSV or Bayern or Hertha... Doh Laugh

Indeed as someone whose agendas only really have any life in them when the German national team, or FC Bayern, is under fire in the press or when you scent blood in the DFB-Tro, I think it's pretty clear who the real Germany-hater/Landesverrter is here ok

Klinsi ended up Number FOURTEEN (14th)

Labbadia and Becker (of Karlsruhe ) were also in the top 4

@otto

the Dutch managers that Bundelsiga clubs picked recently were mainly sub-top Dutch managers. Can't judge Luhukay, but Stevens, Jol & Rutten is not the best we have. They're all UEFA Cup managers.

so your laughing at your club's boards for picking them. Stevens & Rutten are also boredom personified. At least Jol is somebody & plays entertaining footy. Something which can't be said about the other 2.

From what I've seen (full matches) Daum impressed me most this season. (only saw Hoffenheim highlights so far)

well

Rutten is the DUtch Manager of the Year

Marwijk is your new Oranje Manager

Advocaat , the OLD Oranje Manager, is now UEFA Cup winner with St Petersburg

Jol is the best manager in the world, according to Ric Smile

and Stevens landed an Eredivisie top job with Eindhoven as well

Jol seems to be the best of the lot ; he just needs time for the new arrivals to show their true class

anyway, they are all still better than Klinsi Laugh
