KNOCKED OUT cheers

(though that's one less competition they need to extend their squad for pale )

To see an example of the Bernabeu's reaction when Pellegrini took off Lass, watch this video from 1:43 onwards lol!

And here are some funny images I found on Rojadirecta's highlights thread of the game Biggrin

Embarassed

Still, not qualifying from one of the hardest groups in the tournament hardly compares to a team costing hundreds of millions getting embarrassed by a 3rd division team 4-1!

Everyone has the right to laugh at Madrid today without a doubt.

One thing that will largely go unnoticed though is that Alcorcon were an excellent team over two legs. I'm not saying this in any way to excuse Real Madrid, but rather that this team deserves a lot of credit. They didn't even camp out in their own penalty area despite being a third division side and having a 4-0 lead. They actually pressured Madrid in their own field and made a mockery of Pellegrini's "midfield" selection.

It's a tribute that in Spain even third division teams know how to play football. Or at least teams like Real Madrid make it look that way Laughing

We were a complete joke but I was very very surprised by Alcorcon and their tactical play without the ball. I mean it was better then what many teams do when they come to Bernabeu or to Camp Nou. Wonder if their coach will get a shot at a bigger club.

Maybe we'll hire him after Pellegrini gets the sack.

New players + new coach need more time. That is simple as that. Barcelona are like Chelsea, which is they add what they really need, hence there's more fluidity in their games.
Madrid have played really well this year, they qualified easily from the c.l group (which was shit though), they lie second in the league only 2 points behind Barca.. so there's nothing to worry.... and Kaka will be back so Ozil can rest a bit.

You can laugh now but in a couple years when Rosell rolls out "BaraLand Qatar" it won't be so funny. Ale

I'm quite fine with more money for the club so I don't particularly care if they are building this however this is crosses the line. I don't care what they say they should push for the cross. This is disgraceful.

No progress Grr
