not very impressed by brasil, they addicted on kaka, says it all and melo is shit^^

other countrys to mention:

argentina is a load of overrated jerks they never deliver (the need juan), messi can do nothing to help the midfield, hes a foreign substane in this team

italy they dont have the players they can hurt you from midfield, but they are italiens, they dont give you many chances to create something

france have talent, but no steel´, and tactical inept

england they dont hurt you with individual class, lots of hoofs they cant pass, cant dominate you, but with capello they are tactical first class and will not allow to create many things

dutch this midfield can humiliate some lesser teams, against well organized teams they have problems

portugal tactical inept, they allow to much

so my overrall ranking on midfields:

1. spain
2. germany
3. brasil
4. italy
5. england

Cameroon

1. Spain
2. Cameroon
3-32: t'others

Apart from spain i can't mention a country who has more talent on this part of the pitch. Especially in the attacking part. We humiliate top teams like france, romania and italy with that midfield.

So in dept as well as in the broader part not many can beat the dutch on that.

Robben, perisie, kuyt, vdv, elia, sneijder as attacking midfield options is not bad..defensive is a bit less but still with

Afellay, de zeeuw, de jong engelaar, van brockhorst and van bommel there are tons of options....

Btw i don't think we can humiliate 8 games in a row so i don't think we win the wc with this extremely talented attacking midfield force.

You won't win a wc with a world class midfield alone...

That's where we rule, it's the engine of our current team : there isn't a single country out there with better DM's !

Nigel de Jong, Von Bommel and De Zeeuw are the reason why we hardly get any goals against.

Anyway what he means is our defensive line. It looks a bit old in some areas, and the players that should be tried in some positions often don't play enough to deserve the call up in the first place. It's just awkward, we might have lucked out with Van Bommel and De Jong, but our actual defensive line and options are problematic.

The Spanish have the best midfield in the world IMO. It's dominant and consisently does an excellent job.
