I'll do the preview if it has to be done.

Well the biggest game of the weekend is undoubtedly Man Utd vs wolves... oh wait, i'm not a chinese tourist so this game doesn't really interest me at all. But if i was a Man U fan i would be bemoaning the fact that the premier league season is clashing with the schedule of Wayne Rooneys world tour.

One of the most boring(why won't they fuck off?) clubs in the league meets one of the biggest and best clubs in north London at the reebok stadium, oooh, who will win? No one it will be a boring draw, we all know that. Next is Blackpool vs Everton, one is orange and one is blue. Birmingham meet cockney barrow-boys West Ham in a game we will all be hoping leaves them further adrift in 20th, we all remember the Tevez affair motherfuckers! Blackburn vs Wigan is happening. Moving on, Fulham will be welcoming Villa to the cottaging cottage(because they're nice like that) hoping for the win, and as Shearer keeps telling us, to win games you have to score goals, so this should really be their aim. And lastly but not ulitmately, Sunderland vs Stoke, two teams that sit back and hit it long, will Sunderland hit it long better or will they still be grumbling about the "classless fucking mags"?

On sunday Arsenal will probably spend 90 minutes diving and scraping their studs down the oppositions legs, before complaining about 'le thuggery' come the final whistle, and Liverpool will be shitting their shell-suits at the prospect of Chelsea visiting, in a game they would surely have walked if commodore Benitez was still in charge. Meanwhile Man City, on a losing streak and playing shite, will still be missing their star player Carlos Tevez, who has seen a busy period in the middle of the season as the perfect time to fly back to south america for a fanny hunt and a pina colada. Everything is goater though, just like when Robinho went back there for his birthday... and never came back. <Ale>

Laugh No one quite does Rank Misery quite as well as you Pot.

Some of it is bang on.

Other bits, very dubious - are Sunderland REALLY a long ball team? Didn't see them playing long ball when they were outplaying United in midfield (the area least applicable to a long ball team) at the Stadium of Light. Me thinks, just like your Spurs witterings, this is just personal. Considering Newcastle rely on 2 battering ram / physical forwards in Carroll and Ameobi with the subtle talents of Kevin Nolan hanging off pick up the pieces, some might suggest Newcastle aren't exactly renowned for cutting daisies either. Pot and his one eye strike again cyclops

Have relatively high expectations regarding Blackpool vs Everton, should be a nice game to watch. On Everton's official site there is an interesting interview with Seamus Coleman about his time there last season, one line stoods out:

"One incident that sticks out for Coleman is when he took a call from his mother in the Seasiders dressing room.

“My phone rang, and it was my mum,” the full-back explains. “Ian heard me say ‘hello mum’, so he got all the lads to start chanting ‘there’s only one Mrs Coleman’ really loud. She thought it was hilarious.”
    lol!

Sandro Redknapp will be the bidness. Just need Palacios to look after the ball when he wins it.

Pav to save the day late on, after enduring 70-80 mins of Crouch shiteness Ale

This is exactly what i was talking about before the game last weekend, Sunderland being billed as football team and Newcastle being billed as the long ball merchants, it's bullshit, and proved to be bullshit during the game. You can check the stats on sky sports, Sunderland consistently have less possesion while we consistently have more. Our game is about passing it about and getting it down the wings. The logic seems to be "they've got big strikers, they must be another Stoke", people should try actually watching the team. Coloccini, Enrique, Tiote, and Barton are NOT long ball players, they're all good technically, it just happens that most of the no-necked sun readers in this country know nothing about 3 of them.
