Mario Balotelli

Post by Sgoater1 on Wed Dec 28, 2011 6:36 pm

The guy is becoming a legend, he's having a great season on the pitch and following the story of him sticking 1k behind the bar in a Manc boozer and donating money to a local church, Tinchy Stryder has released a new song.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sKRSt1MfU5k

I think people's opinions of him are changing. Im sure a lot of people still think he is a c**t just cos he doesnt go mental when he bags but the stuff he gets in trouble for isnt ever that terrible. He's a character and id rather have someone like him than a boring c**t like Michael Owen.

He doesnt have to do it though. The article regarding him giving money clear states he sat quietly out of the away and did not seek attention.

Sure, he doesn't have to pose like he has done something amazing after he has scored a penalty either, but he does, because he is a shaft.

He is like City's very own Guidetti...

Don't think he is that good, yet, but he is certainly a character that makes it all more interesting.

Forget about the names, would you swap 8 league goals for 14? Most would.

If you went off that this time last season then youd have had Carroll over most prem strikers in your team.

Credit to Ba he has been having a great season...well 2011, but looking at the big picture i think Balotelli has a lot more potential. Balotelli has 11 in 19 so its not a record to be sniffed at for someone so young.

What? I would be interested in him now if Liverpool hadn't put him on high wages. We need a forward and that Maiga guy failed a medical.

He did.

He even said he was better than Bale - Kimbo just can't help himself Smiley

However Ba's great and I wanted Spurs to sign him. And he's playing at a higher lever than Carroll was this time last year. But Balotelli is a potential Balor d'or winner if he applied himself.

I don't think Bale was particularly impressive in the league last season, Carroll was certainly better pre-Dalglish. Pretending Carroll was has always played like he has this season seems a bit cynical. YOU were all over him Nesquik!

I was. But not for 35 bloody million. I would've paid 15mil tops. And you said I was low-balling him. I also said he might be the next Michael Ricketts which you dismissed...

I don't get why Dalglish doesn't get more blame, Carroll is a 22 year old target man, very young, he needs developing under a proper coach, but instead Kenny is running around screaming "justice for the Suarez!".

Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini has told enigmatic striker Mario Balotelli to quit smoking - but will not play the overbearing parent.

Balotelli, who continues to attract as much attention for his antics off-field as for his performances on it, has been pictured smoking cigarettes socially. Mancini is aware of the 21-year-old's habit and does not approve, but says it would only be an issue if Balotelli was his son.

Mancini said of his fellow Italian: "I know he smokes. For me it is not okay - but I am not his father or his mother! If he was my son I would go to him and kick him on the a***. But he is not my son."

How many people who are not even expected to be in that country, walk into a room unannounced during a press conference, and shake hands with people who are in the middle of addressing said press conference?
