Lavezzi has signed for PSG,fuck the little rat, talented player but he is partly to blame for our bad form towards the end of the season,if it weren't for him we might have got 3rd.

Corriere dello Sport claims that Inter are bidding for Jovetic... its probably only a rumour, but its definitely the best I have heard so far... its a dream, I have always been a huge fan of this kid, Jovetic could become our Messi!

Apparently PSG have offered 34 million euros + 6 bonus if they win the league for Ibra.

I like Ibra a lot, but I would take that in a heartbeat.

Well if we stick with Ibra and buy noone, we won't win the scudetto either. I've heard that Thiago Silva has said "yes" to Barca for 40mill, so we could get at least 70mill from these two. With that amount of money, we could buy players like Dede, Acerbi, Ogbonna, Sahin, Jovetic etc

-------------Abbiati
Abate--Dede--Ogbonna/Acerbi--Antonini
-------------Sahin
--Montolivo--------Nocerino

-------------Prince
-------Jovetic----Cassano

Ain't that look good on the paper? Smile

Drogba could still do it in Serie A. Think it would be his best bet if he wants to move somewhere for competitiveness and not just money (China).

Drogba at Milan would be an extremely tasty proposition.

to spend 40m on a 28 year old defender from serie A is a joke, to include on of the best young talent in europe is madness. masch and pique is the way to go. our defense was weaken last season because pique and little injures thought the season and was doing too much waka waka. which forced masch and puyol to play together which is a very unbalanced partnership

Having Thiago Silva in our team instead of Thiago would make us stronger short term. But long term I prefer we keep Thiago instead,he could possibly be the best CM in the world one day. Technically he's already nearly as good as the likes of Xavi,he just needs more experience to learn how to control a game.

I would rather just spend £30 on Hummels or Luiz tbh if we can't afford to pay Milan cold hard cash of £40 million.

It seems Milan in particular (not Inter, not Juve) are trying to get their fans used to what is essentially a canard: we are destitute.

The fact that we can't compete with Barcelona, Real Madrid, City, and now PSG (who can really?), is patently clear. The problem is that Berlusconi is essentially a gangster, and he just doesn't sell. I don't even think this is a sentimental thing. He is just vain. It used to be that his vanity would land us Nesta, now it sees us linked with Rigoni. He just wants Milan around. Kind of like how he treated his wife. I implore Milan fans to write an open letter in La Repubblica with me Smile.

I personally think everyone except Thiago Silva is potentially up for sale.

Galliani and Berlusconi seem intent on keeping T. Silva here, and have said he has no price. Normally when they talked about kaka like that they kept him. In the summer of 2009, when they sold him, their language changed, and the move was actually very swift (also one of the most devastating days for me as a football fan). At any rate, January 2009 and the whole City debacle was clearly a sign that Kaka was going to leave in the summer. I still get satisfaction--as Jaime will testify--that we denied the Nicholas Cage look-alike the opportunity to get Kaka for three summers. Laughing

These are the players whom I think are on the market:

1) I think Ibra is on sale for the right price. We pay him about 10 million euros a season. He is 31 in October. He has had a spat with Allegri. And he talks too much against Berlusconi--something that Berlusconi does not tolerate. He is not exactly one who celebrates a spectrum of opinion, considering he owns a chunk of major media in Italy.

2) Pato is only for sale if the vastly overrated Barbara Berlusconi sanctions the move. This is what it has come to. Our club is being run like the Sopranos. For Barbara read Meadow. For Pato read Finn.

3) Robinho is definitely for sale IMO, and I wouldn't exactly shed a tear if he were to leave.

4) Boateng could also go if the interest and offer are high enough.

IMO, Ibra is the most likely to leave this summer. We would be fools not to sell him to PSG if the offer is actually close to 40 million euros. I like Ibra a lot, but like I said he is almost 31.

Building the team around T. Silva seems to be the priority, and it is the right one. He is absolutely fundamental for us.

Not sure I understand the comparison because Meadow never rans things did she?

Anyway I'm not sure Ibra is the most likely to go because of PSG don't buy him then I don't know who will. Maybe Man City but not so sure. It would be great move from Galliani if he could offload Ibra now for any big amount. It would really help the wage situation as well plus the age problem, among others, with Ibra. I hope you keep Boaten and maybe Pato. Milan has to stay strong on the Silva transfer because otherwise it would be another blow to their status as the biggest club in the past 20 years. Although considering Silva's injury record it could make sense to get rid of him even though he is probably the best Cb around. Stability is needed in defence but I do hope they keep him.
If Galliani gets relatively free reign then he will build a good squad. He is smart enough in my opinion and a good dealer but he needs a big sale or Berlu money to lift Milan to the level they belong.

Meadow got Finn the job in construction, remember? Strained I know.

I agree..the T. Silva thing is very symbolic for our status. What kind of precedent will it set? Every time we develop someone into a world class talent, we sell them? It would be pathetic.

I agree about Galliani and money as well.

As I posted elsewhere:

Galliani: Ibra and Silva will stay at Milan 99.9%

Translation: If we get a huge offer for either we will consider it. I still think Ibra will go.

For Thiago this offer will have to be over 50 million (I don't think Barcelona will do that). For Ibra anything over 35 would see him leave (PSG would indeed do that).

I must say it must be nice for City, PSG, Real and Barcelona fans not to have to worry about selling anyone. Every summer is hugely stressful as a Milan fan. This club is being run into the ground.
