Who is next? Here's hoping they all return home immediately: Messi in Internacional, Pizarro en Grêmio, Andy Polo en Fluminense, Farfán en São Paulo, Luis Suárez en Atlético Mineiro, Falcao García en Botafogo, Agüero en Flamengo, Tévez en Cruzeiro, Vargas en Santos, Cavani en Palmeiras...EVERYONE OF OUR STARS LEAVE EUROPE NOW AND RETURN HOME! Whoop

"Brasil...LA LA LA LA LA LA LA...."

Todo Poderoso Timão!!! Whoop Whoop Whoop Whoop Whoop

It used to be like this until the 80s, and in the end of the year we used to crush euro best teams.

Cuando él juega por Perú, HE IS A BEAST! WORLD CLASS! Espero que Guerrero juegue en Corinthians como juega por La Selección.

What do you know about Juan Martinez from Velez?

From the little I've heard of him he seems to operate on the left hand side channels, and has a pretty good change of pace and dribbling skills.

I don't get the chance to watch too much South American football though so I'm no authority.

I don't know anything about Martínez from Vélez.

I do know the Brasileirão is quickly becoming a super league. In less than five years IT WILL BE THE BEST/STRONGEST LEAGUE IN THE WORLD!

OH FFS! Biggrin

From the top of my head..."Conejo" Benítez (Milan), Seminario (Zaragoza), Cubillas (Porto), Sotil (Barça), Baylón (Koln), del Solar (Tenerife), Solano (Newcastle), Vargas (Catania/Fiorentina), Farfán (PSV/Schalke), Pizarro (Bremen/Bayern/Bremen).

Benítez taught the Italiani to not be afraid of English teams, won everything with Milan. Seminario was Pichichi, the only Pichichi Zaragoza have ever had. Cubillas changed Porto's mentality of also-rans to winners sort of like Mourinho at Chelsea. Sotil made Barça champions again after years and years of futility. Dutchie Cruyff thought his mate could replace Sotil lol! ...Barça didn't win shite with Sotil's replacement.

Baylón was a sensation at Koln, a decent team in the 70's. Del Solar took Tenerife up the table in La Liga with Redondo in their vaunted midfield....

We've always had talented players with exquisite technique. We taught the Spanish how to 'pisar' the ball and treat it with respect.

lol!

10 World Class players + Farfan?

Last World Cup qualification in the 70's.

Bottom of the CONMEBOL qualification group.

Most famous moment was getting beaten 6-0 by Argentina in 78.

FIFA ranking in the low 30's is about right.

Absolutely pointless football nation Ale

Puro, it seems Ramirez will now stay. Since Alex may go to Qatar, he may fight for a place as a starter.

Our best defender, Leandro Castan, was sold to Roma. Sad

Corinthians defence in Libertadores: 4 goals conceded in 14 games. In 7 games at home, 1 goal conceded.

I am convinced Ramírez will shine playing for Corinthians as well as Guerrero. The debate in Perú is whether Guerrero made the smart move by choosing Corinthians over Hamburg. FUCK YES!

Brasileirão right now is a stronger league than the Bundesliga, much more competitive, with many decent teams. And, in less than five years (my estimation) it shall be the best/strongest league in the world. Brasil will keep all their best players and they will also sign the best South Americans.

Corinthians are paying Guerrero more money than he was earning at Hamburg. If I am a South American player playing in Europe, I would take 75% of what I make in Europe if it means playing in South America. It's a simple choice! Apparently the money is really good in Brasil to be paying even more than some European clubs from top leagues. The Fuck! it's a no brainer!

Brace yourself, Todo, your league shall be a beast. The quality there and the competition shall be second to none very soon. <Ale>

Carille is convinced that Tite will have the "Guerrero" who plays for Perú. Carille is the one who first told Tite about Paolo and then Tite didn't stop until he got his man.

I'm sure Corinthians will have the Guerrero who plays for Perú = WORLD CLASS!

Inter Milan is offering 8.5 million euros for DM Paulinho, our best player IMO. It's too little money for a player of his class. The problem is Corinthians owns only 10% of his rights, the rest is owned by greedy agents. I'm just praying for him to stay.

Corinthians must keep the core of the team to challenge for the Club World Cup. Guerrero's signing is a big plus to the team. Watch how he takes Brasil by storm, just watch!

Are you excited about your league being the best in the world in a few years from now?

Another league to keep an eye on is the Chinese league. Admittedly it may not be as strong as Brasileirão and La Liga, their African stars shall make that league as strong as the future EPL (with mostly British players).

China's mining in Africa and Africa is happy.

Brasil and China as the strongest football leagues in the 21st century.

No, I'm excited about Corinthians being the best in the world.

Andrés Sanchez, our ex-president, who's still influent in the club, had said a couple of years ago that he was sure Corinthians would win a Libertadores until 2014. Now he said that in 5 or 6 years Corinthains will be among the biggest clubs in the world, alongside Milan, Barcelona, Madrid, United...

I don't doubt it. Corinthians may sign a sponsor deal of almost 30 million euros this year. Our new stadium will hold the opening of the WC. We're earning around 50 million euros per year from TV deal.

We are 30 million fans in an emergent country. 30 million is a lot of people. A lot of consumers. We are 3 Portugals put together, or 2 Hollands.

We are a nation of our own, Puro. If having a strong league may help Corinthians, then OK. But other Brazilian clubs can all get flushed down the toilet for all I care.

And roughly "Vale un Perú". It's a saying that means when something's really worthy (taken from the abundancy of Peruvian gold).

I have a cousin who lives in Santos and he's excited about Guerrero. Now even more reasons to visit my cousin with the Confederations Cup, Ramírez and Guerrero playing for Corinthians, and the World Cup. Whoop

Tim Vickery had this to say:

"To my mind, though, the most significant deal in terms of football on the pitch is not Seedorf to Botafogo or even Diego Forlan to Internacional. It is Peruvian centre forward Paolo Guerrero moving from Hamburg to Corinthians. This is not a tale of a veteran looking for some late tropical adventure. At 28, Guerrero is at the peak of his considerable powers."

Maybe within five years we will be calling Puro "the Oracle"!

Not only this, but Paulinho, our DM and arguably our best player, has turned down an 8.5 million euros offer from Inter Milan to stay in Corinthians. His agents were talking shite in his ears to convince him to go. He would earn more in Italy and play in a top Euro club. Paulinho got a raise in Corinthians, but is still going to earn less than he would at Inter. And he said no, I wanna stay in Corinthians. Things are changing.

Yes mes amis! Brasil is already the place to be. I was off by five years. Whoop
