That's a good thing. It is also justified since we should have got a pen.

Just shows the only way we can not win a tournament is getting blatantly robbed by the ref,I say we boycott the last game, just get on the plane and go home.Disgusting.

2 penalties we should have had,the 2nd one was a BLATANT on penalty on Adrian right under the refs nose but apparently he missed it.

i watched so many games of him (ok maybe 6), and martinez never impressed me as midfielder or centre back

to call him world class, first he should play more than a handful games as DM in the season

Ok but I have seen enough of him at DM to know he is world class when he plays there.I hope next season we consider playing him in DM.Did you not watch the Under 21's last year? All the talk was of Thiago but I though Martinez was better,he played in DM and he is a beast and technically very gifted.I though he was THE best player of that competition.

You are right to be sceptical at 40M. To say he is world class is overdoing it but then again it was Worms. He hasn't played Cl yet nor played a lot for the national team. Nonetheless I still would want him because I believe in his potential but otherwise it doesn't make sense that he is valued equally with Modric who has done more in a better league at a higher level for both club and national team.

Spain lol!

better than La Liga? Na, certainly not quality wise and that's what leagues should be primarily judged on.

Also just of the top of my head Falcao hasn't played in the CL,is Falcao not World Class? Of course Martinez hasn't played much for his national team, what do you expect when he is only 23 and plays in the same team as Alonso,Busquets,Xavi,Iniesta etc?

I am not the only person on here who has said he is world class,at least when he plays DM I think he is.

Spain should be fined for not taking the competition seriously in that case.

I hope Suarez scores the winner to put these xenophobic bastards out, their treatment of Suarez typifies the small minded xenophobic attitude of Inguurlaand fans.

I thought we would have tried harder in this competition,it must be hard to motivate ourselves when we are current Euro,Copa America and World Cup Champions.
