Shame they broadcast all those games at the same time, for once there actually were some good QF games out there. Good thing they have all the highlights from all the games on the german tv, cause I want to see what happened with that 4-4. Very Happy

I imagine this new German mental fallibility will culminate in a disastrous penalty shootout loss to England at the next World Cup.

France were quality yesterday, best i've seen from them in a long while. Not entirely sure what Boscielny was doing with that challenge on Pedrito though, better not bring that shit back to Arsenal Razz

A sad night for us in Milano. The contrast with Sweden was especially highlighting of the lack of mental strength and ambition in the team. We had an entire half of football to close the game against a 10 man Italy and we actually lose 1-0 in the time we were one man ahead. Bendtner again failed us for the second game in the row. We were doing so well in the first 20-30 mins and Italy's goal came just as the game was swinging in their favour. Pirlo was so fucking annoying and the third goal killed us. Very frustrating that we can't figure out that Pirlo has to be man marked all the time and even if it is in a deep position because he is the most devestating player from deep in the world and even with a 1 man advantage we can't assume he won't find space. Balotelli was also pretty good at holding up the ball as the single 9 for Italy.

This has been a horrible start with only 2 points out of 3 games. Italy is already looking pretty solid with 10 points. Thankfully we can still catch up since the Czech's didn't look too impressive and we already got a draw in Bulgaria but we have get maximum points out of group's trash Armenia and Malta and then just rely on our home form against the biggies.

we should get this San Marino goalkeeper in for Brad Jones. A keeper who palms even the tamest of shots out for a corner has got to be better than one who palms them down to the penalty spot whilst throwing himself off the pitch.

Australia come from 2-0 down to draw 2-2. Cahill had a boss game scoring one, and had a last minute header saved off the line.

Will be tough for 2nd place.
