Probably not! But the real reason is I didn't put Switzerland was because I didn't want to put the stupid square flag in the first post! Laughing

All Switzerland have to do is keep Messi quiet, something Iran managed for 92 minutes.

My favourite stage..QF's tend to have always two good games, semi's usually only 1 of them is good. And the last 16 usually have too many shite. Though usually always 1 or 2 good matches as well. Final is shite..always.

Jerome Valcke has just said on Brazilian tv that USA are interested in hosting 2026.

And I think the 2022 WC will end up being in China or USA.

I'll eat my face if it happens in Qatar. It will go to the USA, like us they could host it every summer, everything is in place.

Nah, the 2022 world cup will stay in Qatar. Once its been awarded, its legally too complicated to change that, even for FIFA. Too much money at stake, and Qatar has too much money to defend their rights.

German to beat france, German's extra class will show against the frenchies, who have gone as far as they have the right t.

Colombia To beat brazil, the Individual shines when the collective balance of the team is right, (unless your messi, lol) Colombia had both, Brazil none.

Holland over costa rica, but just.

Belgium Over Argentina, if sebella starts Lady Gago. if not argentina to win

utterly impressed with this world cup

almost every team plays high tempo, highly aggressive, high defensive line

teams like italy and spain will have to adjust there gameplan, slow motion football is dead

surely the best WC in my lifetime

on france, they were even shitier against nigeria than we vs. algeria

we should still beat them, the histoy is on our side

holland will have a good chance to make the final when argentina reaches the semi final, they suck

france is a good counter side, i fully expect them with a very negative game plan

Even if FIFA find people have been involved with corruption  Very Happy , they will say those people are now out and the cases are closed, basically the same as has happened already. It would have to be a direct connection with the Qatari bid people which I think would be very hard to prove.

Plus I'd like to see Kimbo post a video of him "eating his face" in 8 years time during the World Cup in Qatar.

Slavery and bribes are also complicated, more and more evidence will come out of the next few years, and more and more slaves will die, I expect we'll see sponsors threatening to pull out, and maybe our FA's will find their balls and make a stand.

I think no matter who will win it, will be a deserved champion. Because from now on there are no easy opponents left. (without disrespect to any of the strong minnows in this tournament)

France vs Germany

Brazil vs Colombia

Argentina vs Belgium

Netherlands vs Costa Rica

I am pretty confident on the Netherlands winning with Costa Rica having played extra time with 10 men, but the others are quite open.

I'll just go with the semis I'd prefer to see, so Germany vs Brazil and Netherlands vs I don't care

Final Germany vs Netherlands

I assume you want Germany to win that semi so you actually want a Germany-Argentina final, by which time messi will be seriously knackered  Suspect
