Well thousands and thousands of people post on there - the odds are you'll always get morons. You get morons all over the internet on every forum I assume. There's actually some really good posts as well.

What's with Stevie saying he'd have signed if offered a contract? Is he trying to drop Brendan in it a bit?

There seems to be a campaign among pundits and journo's to get him a new contract, none of them mention the fact he's on 150k+ a week and there's no chance he would accept a huge pay cut.

You probably just only ever see the random idiot posts that some guy has spent hours of his time trawling the site to find.

I prefer watching videos of him winning the Champions League, FA Cups, League Cups and Uefa Cups.

But that slip will forever haunt him I guess. Mind you he should just say to himself - what did Alan Shearer win at his beloved Newcastle?

WHAM have shown they aren't so hot in recent weeks. Beating a dreadful Hull side at home is no surprise. They're still hovering around so fair play but they will sink soon enough.

What do you guys think of Jordan Ibe? He has been fantastic the few times I have seen him, his dribbling ability is already world class. He's so smooth running with the ball, defenders hate it when he runs at them.

Tina Fey, have you seen Renato Tapia play? He's a young humble guy who's trying to make a name for himself in Holland. He said he tried out in Liverpool, but was turned down because he "is not going to be tall". He said the Liverpool scouts turned him down because he wasn't going to be 6'3". Biggrin

He was lucky that some Twente scouts were also present and convinced him to go to the Eredivisie.

he's a phenomenal player, like all Peruvians. But he's only 6ft 1. When have Liverpool ever signed or played someone smaller than 6ft 3? He was an idiot going there in the first place. Do some research sheepees Rolling Eyes

what does 'humble' mean in this context?

MARCA is also laughing at Liverpool.

Humble means he was told he wasn't good enough, and he said "Oh yeah? I'll show you"

Yup, he is Peruvian? Thought Mexican. Never knew, though he lost a game in the last minute for Twente the other day.

Good talent though, considering Twente are bankrupt I wouldnt mind if we pick him up this summer.

I hear that Liverpool are targeting young Kovacic as their Gerrard replacement. I can see why, he is a super talented kid who is struggling for space in Mancio's tactical set up.

Kova is the player we bought from the money we got after selling Coutinho. And I still think it was a good deal by Inter. Kova has a higher ceiling, and such players are rare. IMO he is a better like-to-like replacement for Xavi, than Gerrard. Not saying that he is as good as either of them, he is not (yet). But he can be.

However, Inter will not sell him cheap. I would be very surprised if Inter let him go for anything less than Eur 30m.

So all in all it has been a poor season for Liverpool, there was that 3 month period where we looked really good but it isn't enough for a club like Liverpool. I will give Rodgers one more season to get in the CL or seriously challenge for prestigious cups like the FA Cup and Europa League, remember his record in cup competitions has been dreadful. But if he fails again then I want him gone, remember how much money he has had to spend and how much he wasted on players like Lallana (who's not CL level) and Lovren (who's crap) etc.

The fact that only Hodgson and now Rodgers have failed to win a trophy in their Anfield tenure puts it in to perspective. 2nd isn't enough for Liverpool.

We need a world class replacement for Gerrard, I would rather spend big on one player than buy 2 or 3 average ones. My dream signing would be Vidal but that is just a pipe dream at the moment. We also need to sign a forward and a center back (Emre Can is a weak link in defense and needs to be moved to his proper position.)

The Americans have asked Rodgers and his crew to do a thorough investigation into the disastrous campaign and deliver the findings at the next meeting. Shocked

On this side of the pond that means "highlight and underline the reason why we're firing you".

Welcome back to Liverpool Seor Rafael Bentez.
