Probably best that Liverpool grab a new keeper in the window along with that new defence, midfielder and striker.

At least Lambo is putting them away now

From nearly winning the league to getting out played by a Bulgarian team. Laughing

Somehow though, we are winning.

PS. Mingolet is fucking shite. And that knee injury has destroyed Lucas's career. Not good enough for this level any more. Well done Kenny for over-playing him and causing him to get injured.

Rodgers need to hire a defensive coach because it's obvious he doesn't know how to make us solid.

It doesn't help that he insists on playing Glen Johnson who isn't even dangerous going forward these days, and tonight he lost the player he was marking for their second goal. He should be sold.

Rodgers spent over 200 million money that wasn't his and he serves that. Ludogorets haven't spent 100 million in their history and they made Liverpool look shite. Ludogorets should've won that game.

What a surprise! No Wilshere whatsoever and Arsenal played like a dream running circles around the previously undefeated Dortmund.

I don't think we'd win with Colin Pascoe in charge to be fair.

Who would you draft in for him at this stage?

There's only one guy who can come in and lead the team to the Promised Land. Liverpool and Mr. Henry need him more than he needs the team at this point, but the love is still there; the love never left.

That guy is Rafa Bentez.

Rafa's return to Liverpool would be exactly like Mourinho's return to Chelsea=instant success.

Anfield would experience the rapture when Rafa Bentez walks out leading the troops to battle. FUCK YEAH, LIVERPOOL!!!! Whoop Whoop Whoop

Fair play to Rafa, what he did in Istanbul was unbelievable. The way he corrected his major fuck up of starting Gerrard in midfield, and then organizing it with Hammann while sending Slippery Me up front to run all over the place, the comeback, Dudek saving penalties, Xabi Alonso and Hammann bossing the midfield AGAINST THAT MILAN, Gerrard diving all over the place winning PK's and free kicks...it was a special night indeed.

Take a look at the lineups that night, it was a miracle! A special night.

I didn't think Rodgers would seriously come under pressure for his job this season, but this one couldn't be going much worse for him. His halftime subs looked odd - bring off your only striker, overlook the two creative midfielders Coutinho/Lallana and bank on Markovic making the difference - but now with Markovic's red they look downright stupid.

must say Markovic's red was harsh. I think it was the way he did it that cost him - it was such a deliberate and unnatural motion to stop and swing your arm back like that when you have the ball and are travelling in the opposite direction.

IF Liverpool don't win, can Rodgers survive another day? scratch

Liverpool were in the weakest group by far and only beat the virgins Ludogorets at Anfield via a gifted penalty at the death. It's an embarrassment, a disgrace!

I'm seriously thinking putting $50 buck on Rodgers leaving next, he's at 10 odds and surely will drop.

Andy Townsend is literally cheering for Liverpool now. it's quite embarrassing. I wonder if he'll break into a chorus of You'll Never Walk Alone in the 90th minute.
