A goal! An actual, real life goal for Villa. Have actually been the better team, but ropey in defence. Need a win very badly indeed and it's there for the taking. Just gotta be more clinical. And stop making defensive cockups. Probably lose 3-2

Proof God utterly despises us with the way the bounces fell today. Watford were shit but we committed self-immolation.

Did chuckle after reading your post and then seeing this came true. Sorry Sad

Villa and Newcastle look fucked don't they?

Lucky for Newcastle they got rid of their cockney manager and replaced him with a proper Geordie. Working well for them.

Why is Costa not starting? Hazard up front by himself isn't working.

Chelsea's bench is shite for the money they have.

Costa wasn't working either. I am more surprised with the fact that someone like Remy isn't even on the bench. He should be perfect IMO to make runs behind Spurs high defensive line.

Chelsea is playing okay so far and they look threatening on the counter, but they don't have a single shot on target. Begovic had to make a few saves, especially Dembele shot from outside of the box looked like it can get in.

Schedule Buggered us, playing in Azerbaijan on Thursday night, then Sunday noon.

Lacked the sharpness to take advantage.

Chelsea were meh, few counters that were well covered, relied on Willian set-pieces which were dealt with. Came for the draw and got it.

I thought we were really there for the taking by a team with more ambition. We looked really off the pace, Kane could barely run by 70th minute - all of which should have been unsurprising given the much publicised trip to Azerbaijan on Thursday. And thus this shows why Mourinho is such a divisive character and not much loved beyond the fapping Media (for his soundbites) and Chelsea fans for successfully buying them titles:- a manager with some balls would've gone for it, and statement of intent that their season is back on track. Instead they showed less ambition than Palace and Stoke when they visited, let alone Liverpool who were in immediate transition with Klopp and yet came to try to win the game.

Games like today continue to prove to me personally why I have no issues with City. Another financially doped club but at least they play like a big rich club should. Chelsea continue to be shithouse, like a Pulis side with better players and zero excuse. Pochettino said afterwards he was happy that they played like a small club as it shows how far we've come. He's got a point on one hand, but on the other this has always been the Chelsea/Mourinho way. Mourinho calling this his teams best performance of the season is both hilarious and sad in equal measure. f**k him, will be happy to see him gone.
